Contact via our website, email, or WhatsApp constitutes an initial enquiry only and does not create a binding contract. A contract is only formed when both parties have agreed in writing to the scope, fees, and terms of a specific engagement.
Our fees are agreed in advance and set out in the relevant engagement letter or invoice. Payment terms are as stated on each invoice. Late payment may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
DFG Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss or damage arising from our services or the use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
